Please pass on our thanks and appreciation for a job well done installing our HVAC units yesterday, 24 November.  Your teams were true professionals and courteous.  They took extra precautions, such as plastic on our carpets, minimizing the traffic through the house and dismantling the systems so they would fit through the pull down ladder door opening into the attic. We were impressed with their knowledge and efficiency of installation.  They were quick to answer all our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed before they left.  Your technician, Ben, stood out as being extremely competent and willing to explain the system.
Lastly, your teams showed up at our house just before 9 am.  They were completely done and were going over the paperwork at 4 pm.  Two systems professionally installed in 7 hours.  We were impressed.
