Rob Nelson Robert W. Nelson Jr. - CEO
One of the things that makes Rob proud to be the CEO of Bud's Heating & Air Conditioning is the fact that he can honestly say, "we are the kind of company that, as a consumer, I would choose to do business with." Rob has been with Bud's since 1983 and has been a major driving force in making this company what it is today. Ask him what his greatest achievements are however, and he'll tell you that being a husband and a father are the first two things on his list. He enjoys experiencing new things with his family whether it be open water diving or traveling to Ireland. Rob is also a huge Virginia Tech football fan. Go Hokies!

Shannon Nelson - CFO

Shannon has been a part of the HVAC world all her life. Her family has been in the business since before she was born! Shannon is a dedicated walker and has recently been joined by her husband on her neighborhood route. She values spending that time catching up with him. In addition to walking, Shannon also shares a special interest in the art of body sculpting. Don't let her devotion to keeping fit fool you though, Shannon won't deny herself a good meal as she loves, "going out to eat at all of the wonderful eateries we have available to us in this area."

Kevin Medler - President of Operations

With 27 years in this business, Kevin is certainly the go-to-guy for all your heating and air conditioning needs and we are lucky to have him here at Bud’s. He has surely seen it all and appreciates “being able to help people in a time of need.” That is a great satisfaction for him and is “what gets him to the next day.” Kevin is also a football fan and can be found at Virginia Tech rooting on the Hokies at almost every game. When he gets a chance to vacation, Kevin loves to relax at the beach with his wife, son and daughter, and his two Shitzus.

Erwan Mouton - Vice President of Operations - Installation

Erwan is a great resource to the rest of the Bud’s staff. Having been a part of the HVAC business for 11 years, he’s always got the answer you’re looking for. He values being a part of the Bud’s team because, “it’s like working with family.” Erwan is a big fan of spicy food, the spicier the better. He also has a love for motorcycles, especially Harleys. When he’s not out riding around town on his bike he can be found at home engaging in another one of his hobbies, gardening.
