- This was the 2nd time* I've had Bud's service a heater at a rental property. Both times all staff was so nice. The first time a technician came to the house and determined the problem. He was professional, efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. Other workmen came and completed the required job. They were prompt and completed the job - after the job was done he explained all the work that was done. *It should be noted they came a second time on a different problem not something related to the first call. I am very pleased with the service I've received from Bud's. Both times they were able to respond on the same day that I called.
